What Is Durable Power of Attorney?
In the middle ages, when men would go off to war and women couldn't own property, they would give a power of attorney to a friend of theirs that was left behind. When i come back, i'm going to take it back from you. And so the intention was that if the person died or got sick, that it would sever that relationship,. Case they'd come home from warren, and we would deal with it separately. Of course, in to day's world, we don't necessarily want the document to exist once or to be valid. I mean, until the person actually needs it.
