Hay: Design systems help you scale. They let you get 30 % more out of out of your engineering team or your design team, or whatever. I think a design system is really a big part of breaking down that barrier between those different feature teams are product teams. It's its huge and in to day's culture, as we grow into larger and larger enterprise companies, there we lose this idea of a creative director for connecting these experiences.
