The Challenges of Developing a Residential Centre
I think a personal challenge for me at that time, just in general, was being 27 years old, ending up inheriting this system. So I think these kind of areas were most challenging for me personally. And the thing that made that tolerable was the fact that we were able to put the emphasis on developing the residential centre and community.
