The State of Governance in Rust

The current state of governance is the result of what I as a joke at least, but I don't know how much of a joke it is called it a coup. A lot of people decided that there wasn't enough representation from technical contributors in the governance. And then they're like, we'll build something new. But two years later, it's like, dang, building something new is like really hard.
