The idea of brute materiality and goodness being utterly alien to each other is itself an idea that's utterly alien to the biblical account. That there has been no sort of cleaving a part of those things that the world is constitutively and irreducibly enchanted, biblical, fine of you. And in the sense both of those go together like this realism and hominism feed off each other in that sense. Both sides, although they would ostensibly oppose each other, they really also need each other and feed offeach other as well.
