If we could send the application a signal that tells it, hey, just reload your secrets or something like that. Or maybe we can just modify if maybe that config file could be modified. Is that possible? That is that is, but it has to be built into the application itself. Some frameworks offer that hot reload where it detects it from that config file. Other times, some applications that don't necessarily do that will find that you know, the only option that they have is to issue an external signal and do a reload.
