A lot's organizations don't have documented customer journeys and business processes so we want to understand how this organization works. And that's when you get into us mapping then the users of the process or the people in the process and their roles and responsibilities. That's really our starting point to really understand that domain from there we can start to identify the problems and what we can potentially do in terms of analytical products to help support that.
