When you're starting your business, what do you look for in a good accountant? I think technical skills ar rong taxs as something that you really want somebody watching you back. And so i always look to find a realhy good tax accountess - and i workd with a few of those. Also try to find someone who's very good at treasury; these two areas are important now. Every team should have a balance of skills and a balance of rolls. There's about seven or eight skills in ther i think the same applies in finance. You need er, somebody who's an ideous person. You need somebody who keeps score. You need Somebody who tries to find information
