The west's record in establishing liberal democracies round the world is appalling. The chief weapon wehave used for it is economic sanctions. Economic aggression is another form of military aggression. Britain sto say that often we rule the world, they must do what we say to them. I just don't think that's in a proper state for even the west to adopt. We want things to happen. Yes, we have ways of doing that, and i believe it's through soft power and example and encouragement and contact. It is not through aggression. If we can't do that, then what's with?
