The SEC's Expansion of the Enforcement Net
The SEC is trying to expand the enforcement net further. It's self-policing because if a manager screws up, they're out of business anyway. The ambulance chasers are going to do so benefit so much from this. I think when the opportunity to potentially generate alphas there, they're going to take it.
