Is There a Convergence?

I think slowly but surely we see more and more restaurants in this city and in other cities in India sort of moving towards this. I always talk about like a restaurant's instant validation you know when someone's enjoying themselves and you will feed off that energy if you're serving someone. The industries are so different as to be almost entirely different between the two countriesYeah I think but it's converging now I think you're seeing a convergence over a period of time It goes back to the point I was making where like if you start involving those who are serving and part of the service team into the thinking behind the product and thinking behind the food is what we kind of do rightlike chef
