The Importance of Aligning Media Sources
CNN paid people who watch a lot of CNN to watch Fox News. The idea was that the partisan media is hiding information from voters, and if you've got an incumbent who's sort of aligned with that partisan media source then viewers are not being told about their feelings. If we were to do this today when Biden's president I think we would do it in reverse and say okay, probably CNN is not giving people the same amount of information that Fox News is on how the Biden administration could be doing better.
