Is Your Culture Reluctant to Change?
As an employee, you have agency in the creation of that, but you are responsible agent of change. We love about the thing thouht create model is this idea of building stake holder values with stakeholders instead of shareholders. Of course, if you're working on the assembly line versus te sa sweet, there are different degrees to which you can implement that change. Most companies, we have found, are willing to change and open to change - it requires everybody on board.
