The Importance of Nesting Cover for Turkeys
The nest will be within 20 to 40 yards of the edge of this dense cover or you know 40 yards from some Trail. You literally can't physically navigate Through that dense vegetation at ground level And even for the hens when they're nesting they don't like to navigate through that either. So there's different things that we do to enhance an area to make it more attractive to turkeys. Why do they like certain spots that you can fix up all of these?
