Do You Really Need Caffeine?

I would question whether you really need it, whether the caffeine's actually effective at that point. I was definitely an eight cup a day person when I was in medical school. And I don't really feel like it actually was effective up to a certain point. It was probably just causing issues down the line. There are other things that can help you collect yourself and get you energy that don't require having a cup of coffee.
