Timothy Stanley: I think historically, there's always been a fear of change. He says we're in an age where that fear can be communicated quickly and it can be deliberately designed to perpetuate the fear. The media are clamoring for attention; they've all got the Terminator imagery and the AI is taking over the world. We just need to make sure that we're calm and rational about how we approach it," he says.
