Is it appropriate now to actually check in, given that everybody is probably fundamentally changed in some way? I get a sense of who you are to day versus who you were before? It's a good question. And i'm encouraging more people to have conversations about the humanity of struggle. You know, sometimes in life you will have periods when your anxiety might be awful. There may be periods when you're demotivated tand you're low and there may be times when you struggle with depression or anger.
