Is There a Case of Overtraining?

We know that when we exercise, we produce a lot of reactive oxienspis species. This could be involved in the mito condaldis function and also in the glucos up taking the cells. We measured oxidative stress, so we have too measure. It pretty hard to measure oxidative stress ino in a good way. But we found that oxidative stress was completely unchanged throughout the study, regardless of how much you trained. So it seems to be that the body wants to maintain oxcidative stress at a stable level.
