Taking our process stages, am just creating those as basically chapters to this play book. Each stage had its own chapter of, here's what you need to successfully hit this stage. Here's some insights and protips on how to do it. Then we just did that stage by stage. That, over the course of about three to four weeks, became rv one of the play book.
