Axel got bacterial meningitis a week after he was born in the hospital, got an abscess in his brain and had to have two surgeries to drain that. That really kind of gave us like a very, very high threshold of what is manageable because we've already gone through near death experience. And so it wasn't actually that hard for me to get going again. August: How selfish versus selfless does one be as a parent? I do have a lot to say about that.
