I was pushing, I was in North Carolina pushing really hard that he shouldn't do it when he got one of the first rounds of potential terms. My understanding is that by the time he got to a place where the deal was even on the table, he already had the channel. So yeah, I would stay away from those companies. But nobody else should look at him and say, I need to do that.
