The Importance of Justice

Stephen Mott: It's strange when we understand that individuals can be sinful and unjust. And scriptural you think of- Well, before you get to scripture, back to American history for a moment. He was the closest thing we had to a civil rights advocate in the White House until officially Lyndon Johnson but more in spirit maybe Jimmy Carter. There are important teaching for us about justice in the Bible, but justice is not going to translate simply into the policies of the Democratic Party or the Republican Party.
