How to Study an Artist Who Is Objectionable
If I was going to make any kind of a study of someone who was so objectionable that I'm trying to extract lessons in craft, I would want to do it in the presence of people whose lives have been affected or would be closer to the negative effect of that than if I were to just be sorting this through on my own. My experiences are limited. Your experiences are more wide than mine. And there's a specific way in particular. The lexicon of artists that I teach from is a limited lexicon of people types.
