The Importance of Intentional Learning
There's a huge gap between me driving on the road and Lewis Hamilton driving around a trap. And that skill gap, it's a skill gap. It's not an experienced gap. Me and Lewis Hamilton could have got our licenses on the same day and we could both drive. But what defines someone from being an F1 driver and someone who struggles to get to the grocery store without getting into a five car pilot is the skill gap. That's when intentional learning or skill acquisition plays immense role in performance for your client and for you as a coach. You can actually learn the information you're getting because you understand the system in which you learn.
