There's a few markers that we use for glycemic control. One of the main ones could be glycated hemoglobin or sometimes you hear HBA1C or just A1C. That kind of gives an average percentage of what your glucose was like over the last three months. And then there's also fasting plasma glucose. So that is when you're fasted, what your glucose levels are. And that's also a good predictor for glycemic Control and diabetes risk.
