Michelle Obama: It's so easy to go. Even if we're looking at a list and saying we're going to prioritize this, it's soeasy to go full to close. I found that following pretty much that same philosophy is really helpful when you just want to get the real work done. She broke her system out a while ago and it's now effectively in two pieces.
