Is It Possible to Get Ukraine Back on the Grid?
CNN's John Defterios talks about the energy situation in Ukraine and how it could affect global supplies. He says Russia has spent a billion dollars so far on restoring its power grid, but that won't happen very quickly. The White House should have been aware of this decision to cut off U.S. oil imports from Iran, he says. But Saudi Arabia didn't seem to understand what political implications there could be, which is just not believable according to Defterios.
