The Importance of Legal Obligations

It's such a bizarre thing to be presented by information about climate change from a country that is literally sinking. It does show, doesn't it, something about the state of the planet and our species again, that what is needed is legal obligations. Having a planet where life is viable just doesn't seem to be enough of an incentive to get people to do anything.
