Can we play games for one hour a day if we? Dtok, i would recommend no. So i wouldn't play anything. Or, like, discreet, time limited games is fine. Like, board game night with your body. S d and d is fine. I would stay away from all electronic games. Chess also, it depends on how you play it, right? And also, like, you know, i'd steer clear, because the slippery slop, ok.
