The Sacraments of the Trinitarian Communion

The sacraments are visible signs of an invisible grace instituted by our Lord Jesus Christ for our salvation. So as to continue to dispense to us, to mediate to us that grace which he merited during his earthly life so that we could have this contact with him and ultimately be reincorporated into the Trinitarian communion for which we are destined. The Holy Communion is that it's the source and summit of the Christian life. And we could say here the devout life. Now, we're going to focus though on communion, what it is and why St. Francis calls it the son of all spiritual exercises going to receive communion.
