How Does a Goal Setting Process Work?
The goal setting process differs because you have a sense of all the team members and all the different constituents values hierarchy. So we have questions that help them see how what you want to do helps them fulfill what they are intrinsically driven to do. Everybody makes decisions based on what they believe will give them the greatest advantage or disadvantage at any moment in time according to what they value.
