The Advantages of Neurotyping for Strength Training

For me, I find strength actually comes very easy. So I can be very explosive on the concentric. It's the holding the tension all the time, which is probably the most difficult for me. And I feel the hypertrophy piece of it. For example, somebody who was more sensitive to dopamine. They tend to be in that means like your go getter,. You know, make things happen in your life competitive, you know, just going after it driven driven. Those type of people will be more neurologically dominant. The strength stimulus is an advantage for them.
