Organizations need to start thinking about what capabilities are the product teams going to be looking after on a long term bases. If you're not set up for that, i think you can fall into he of just doing the same old thing and trying to manage a hundred services in the same old waythat you've managed the one big monolith. I now what 50 set of 50 micro services split between these different capabilitiestheless you as an organization. Sove o, fairly radical change, i think, for lolv organization.
