Even through that I got to learn that you know I don't need to assume and this is something that you kept saying. It's always the long the long-term gratification which takes visualizing, taking patience it takes imagination. If you enjoy it then then becomes easy. There's a shortcut and the shortcut is if you enjoying it then then become easy. You have experienced through the past 12 weeks and obviously before how much better that you feel from a spiritual space from a mental space and and physically as well.
