Early Challenges and the Challenge of Teaching?

Teaching is just extraordinarily difficult to get better at. There are some things baked into the reality of being a classroom teacher that make it really difficult. I think external factors, which are probably some of the most influential on the challenge of getting better, basically stress, being busy and emotional pressure. It's hard for teachers to do that because we're bouncing from one stressful situation to another.
