i like to joke that i say please too often, like os salake, please, push in your chair, please. And really, really am gaining their language and communication from us. That's how they learn to communicate as by listening and watching us. Being intentional about the words that we use with the child is so important. It's beautiful to watch them pick up on it naturally,. without being told to say please, or you, or your welcome, or hello and good bye.
