Is It Worth the Effort to Produce This Lengthy Commit Message?

Is it worth the effort to produce this lengthy commit message that captures all of the details versus not doing that? And my stance is I'm kind of doing it anyway, because I'm writing a pull request and the pull request is going to have a description. Oh, yeah, I'm a big fan of the blog post commit message for a one line change. Those are some of my favorites.
