Is There a Much Larger Role Outside the Technology?
In h c a i, the idea consorton and standards emerged through using relatively rapidly. It was industry technologists ultimately designing the technology that would make computers easier to use. And it seems to me that what you're describing in a i involves a lot more people who are not that close to the ology,. Who may beo government. So there's a much bigger echo system. But i would say we maybe the point to look at is thise from some sources resistance to this direction. Some of the leading companies want to tain their own control over what gets built, rather than engage in these larger consortia. I'd like to see the large auditing companies
