The Rapid Pace of Automation

There's been a deluge of books saying that there will be no more jobs. And I feel two things: One, the pace is not that fast. The deploying these technologies will take more time than people think. And two, that the structure of the workforce may change in ways that actually means that we need more robots than we think we do.
