i just like chestnutswe sing about chestnuts around a open fire, but, like, we've never actually had that, you know. As far as learning indigenous peoples, i think one of the best resources is guya's garden. And still that sense of wonder is a robin cimmers a braiding sweetgrass. I feel like i cried more reading that book than anything i'd read. It felt like the whole world had just been stolen from everyone. Ment we are really just alienated from nature and from our natural state of being,. You know, another plant that's really interesting for indigenous communities is a jerusalem artichoke.
