The Bitcoin Trilemma: What Would It Look Like to Everyone?

When Bitcoin came out, 14 years old, it solved decentralization and security in a whole bunch of ways. What would it look like to everybody else? And probably what it would look like is I'm going to create a new type of digital asset because you could do nothing on it. But when you look at all of those coins, if they have to sacrifice scalability at the sacrifice of decentralization or security, what do they actually get? That's just a higher cost for decentralized finance. A lot of these use cases essentially fail in the end, just for the economic reasons alone.
