The Importance of Data Literacy in Leadership

I think that all the people working with data in a company would be very grateful for everyone else to get some understanding of how important it is and how to deal with data. That's actually what we're trying to do with our data literacy score, which is a team-based assessment. We just work with organizations to say, what are your challenges right now as a team? And does that relate to their ability to make use of data? The people themselves, do they have the right skills and knowledge or not?
