i find it really difficult to talk about because everybody's experience of adiction is different. It yets very, very personal. And then i would be wary of self identifying as being addicted. Yes, i don't think i a mi tin. What they're trying to tease out here is, like, where's the line? Is there a line the other does 't share similaritys so that they followed that up with their study on well being. So for me, when i'm writing, it's definitely an escape from reality. I'm so fully occupied with what i'm thinking about i'm that it shuts and crowds out all the other worries and concerns that i might have.
