M, i was curious if there's any research that's done about how different kinds of demographic, kind of categories affect the way tha theeves play out. A, it's quite important to not just guess at what might work, but to start with real life and build up from there. M, you spoke about awkward silences in speech being greater than a tenth of a second. Are there any situations where you found that silence is actually an effective method of eliciting a greater response?
