How to Setup a Decentralized Ethereum Address

The only ones the Ethereum names is that the only one that ENS domains supplies. The logical sense to me then to have it as the dot crypto or something, because then it could then be almost like a chain that goes everywhere. So when I log into my account, I also see a Jollcom dot dcl.eth. What is that? Decentral and so one of the cool things about about ENS and the protocol is that you can you can take other domains and import them into into ENS.
