Can Pharmasutical Companies Make Money From the Pandemic?
Some big pharmasutical companies look set to make massive profits from coverd vaccine programmes. The share price of maderna, for example, has risen more than 300 % in the past year. But other companies, such as astrazenica, which have received lots of government funding, say they won't seek a profit until after the pandemic.
