The Benefits of Community Notes

community notes are great, but I don't exactly understand how it works. It's straight up someone says something and then if you go This is a lie then they post the context. If enough people vote them as saying like this is accurate, wouldn't that just become like a partisan who votes more thing? Sure, but it doesn't stop but it doesn’t stop anyone for voting but theoretically yes.
