Pulmo Renal Cyndrome
A patient in his twenties presenting with two weeks of recurrent hymoptisus and progressive renal failure. Given the concomitant hypertension, our highest concern was for rapidly progressive glamary landpitus and d a h consistent with an underlying auto imune pulmonary venal cyndrome. These diagnoses are united because of involvement in the small vessels that make up the glamarla and pulmonary capillary interpases. The nodules don't specifically help narrow that down, but can be seen in multiple causes of automuge capulitus.
