In order to feel worthy, you just need to practice thoughts and beliefs that will help you feel worthy. The fuel that comes from the emotion of not good enough is really crappy fuel. It doesn't get us very far. Your emotions are the fuel that drives your actions. When you feel worthy, the actions that you take are going to be very different than when you're feeling not good enough. This model will show us that over and over and over again.
