In terms of housing, what's kind of remarkable is that there's precious little room to hide. For owners, if you own a house, the value is falling, most likely. If you rent are much higher than they were, you're getting squeezed on rent. This is not 2007 to 2008 again. And yet, I'm afraid it's looking more and more like it is.
